I'd give 10 stars if I could. It's 3am now and I'm home safe, all thanks to this service! I called less than an hour ago at 2am when my tire blew on the highway. He was calm and collected (even when I was not), kind and professional, and talked me through the process. He was there within 20 minutes and got my car loaded up while my husband and I drove home and the driver followed. Couldn't be more grateful!!

Grand River Towing saved the day. Communication was great. So many towing companies play around with arrival times, but not GRT. They were super patient with me while I tried to figure out where I should take my car. The towing service did not break the bank, and my car arrived at its destination damage-free. The price they tell you on the phone is the price—no hidden fees or anything. The last towing company I used before GRT cost me $200 in damages and lied about the price.
